Question for techs

Hi. I'm trying to set up my Samsung S4 to use as a webcam for my PC to cam on Adultfriendfinder, Cam4, etc. Been trying some of the procedures found online but can't seem to get it to work. Any help, info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
