SSC

Ok time for a small rant. I love watching the hardcore and BDSM porn. However....I also have a hard time with some of it and even can't help but comment on some of them. SSC has always been the biggest rule for me in this lifestyle. Certain things are risky. Some can be done in a safe way and some can actually take a life if done wrong. For example....panties as a gag. There are actually a couple cases on the record books where the sub asphyxiated (couldn't breathe and died) because someone did it wrong. If you want to use panties or some other cloth as a gag the safest way to do this is to put a strip or two of tape first, then then panties, and then more tape. This keeps them from being sucked into the through during orgasms etc. Another thing I notice that really bothers me is some of the ties used. It is not that hard to tie a person completely in rope even suspend them without that rope cutting of circulation. I just watched one vid where the girl was tied on top of a box....everything else was a really great vid but her right leg was tied so tight it was turning not just red but purple. This can cause permanent damage people!!! This is the fault of both people involved. the sub should have the presence of mind to say when starting things if something is too tight or hurts in a bad way instead of a good way. the Dominant should use eyes, ears, and brain as well as double checking with questions. Safe Sane Consensual at all times folks....this keeps us out of jail!

You are right about it. But we all have to assume that what we see in porn is not always real, more, it's highly staged doesn't comply wit SSC or RACK.
I think the most important part of all is the golden rule of "Don't try this at home"...

Well said, it sounds like common sense but we should all take care when participating.
