To accept or not to accept....

hey,
thanks for reading this. never sure if people do.
just wanted to float something out there, in the hope of some feedback. its something we (as in Xhamster kinksters) all go through...
to accept or not accept... do you get friend requests that your not sure of?
i do.
i want to accept, as part of this whole xhamster thing for me is to engage & chat but if theres literally zero (ok selfish bit here) shared common interests then i tend not to.
Does this happen to you?
I'm not concerned with having a million friends on here. i'd much rather have less connections but the ones i do, all with content or outlooks that make me interested/excited/wanting to learn new stuff.
So.. any feedback on the etiquette or not of refusing or not or accepting every single request you get.... are welcome..

Happens to me rather a lot and I've only been here just over a year. My criteria to accept is rather similar to yours. If it's borderline, I'll private message them. If they reply, I'll ask a few questions. If they don't, or just give one word replies - declined. If I can establish common interests through the question, I'll probably accept. For me it's a basic common courtesy.

I don't think there is any specific etiquette. I simply have a thorough look at the profile of anyone who's invited me and I accept the ones who seem to have similar interests to me and decline the ones who don't. Judging from your profile I'd guess we have quite a lot in common !
