Do NOT leaves names in the comments section!

Just a few things that have come up recently and need to be noted from now on.

Do NOT:
- Leave names in the comments section.
- Request names in the comments section.

Do:
- Refer to people by initials.
- Say full names if they are a literal 'name this person' type gallery.

You will be blocked and have your comments deleted if you break these rules, it aint' hard to stick to, come on :P
