Sample questionnaire - Master/Dom and a Slave/Sub

This is just a sample of a questionnaire that can be used between a Master and Slave, a Dom or Sub or a Top and Bottom. (Whichever title or activity you prefer)

This can be a very physical and psychological time, so an understanding is important. A true 'Dominant' should always care more about their 'Sumissive' than they do themselves. The subs needs comes first, it is not a bullying, hurtful relationship but more a mutual.

25. One must remember that this can be very much a physiological as well as a physical relationship/activity. This being so either party should not enter into it lightly and both should know the physical and mental limitations of each other. There is a responsibility on both sides and a Master should be aware of mental attitudes such as a self harmer, very low self esteem etc. Also “Edging” can be very intense. Humiliation, using and abusing.

Some of these activities can be extreme, so should not be entered into lightly.
