First remove all the hair from your chest.
Remove ALL your body hair if you want to feel
soft and feminine
Use a Phillips Satinelle (inexpensive but durable)
or Braun Silk Epil epilator (expensive)
if you want permanent hair removal.

want hair on them.
It takes 6 months to a year of continuous epilation to
gradually thin out the hair until the roots are gone.

If your mother has large breasts then you'll probably grow

dangerous antiandrogens and HORSE ESTROGEN (Premarin)
stay away from very strong estrogen ā CANCER RISK
Spironolactone and Estrofemm are very popular but
they are DANGEROUS and both can easily kill
you.
Even under a doctor's care they are dangerous.
But this guide focuses only on the minimum requirements for directly

Take Vitamin D every day or every other day, 2000 to 5000 IU to

You simply cannot grow breasts if you are male without estrogen and
a testosterone blocker and this relatively weak estrogen cream and

Something new on the market is silicone cupping sets, one piece
units that you press directly onto you nipples/breasts for a good
strong suctioning.
They're clear and look like miniature bellows type toilet plunger heads.
Use petroleum jelly, cocoa butter, cooking oil; some sort of oil/grease,
to maintain a suction seal. Place, press down with one hand, keep a
finger or two of your other hand under the edge of the suction cup then
pull it out quickly for a good hard suction - but NOT TOO HARD.
The finger under the side is necessary if you have any kind of breast
developmenty, even very small ones, because the cups sink into the soft
breast tissue and prevent the air from escaping and you don't get suction.
