I have come to the conclusion that any penis under 7" should be locked up.
With so many Cocks out there over 7", any thing under 7" is basically useless.
Useless to the fact it can not or would have difficulty satisfying any woman with out training.
Most women deserve orgasm any time they offer themselves to a man.
The female orgasm should be a mans utmost desire.
A male that has experienced Chastity has the desire and will learn how to please his woman.
Chastity makes those with a small penis more aware of her needs and learns how to please her.
A women deserves better.
