Monday 16th June 2014

On Monday my mentor is going to up my smoking. Before now I have only smoked Menthol cigarettes but now I have been told to by a pack of Marlboro Reds.

I must now smoke 2 Marlboro Reds and 1 Menthol on Monday and each day this coming week I have been told to smoke a little bit more.

I will be doing a daily blog detailing how im getting on. Wish me luck on my smoking journey :-)
