Be careful about showing your full face, especially in avatars. Facial recognition software is getting better by the day. Soon, anyone can say "hey they look familiar" and search for other places where that same face is seen. Its already possible to some extent.
Exactly. Your private hobby may not stay private if you aren't careful. So, consider creative ways to show yourself, but without a "naked" face. You can still verify your identity on xhamster with a picture. But if you want to stay reasonably unsearchable, then try to obscure it a little bit.
The implications are scary and sometimes funny. In a few years, many little coed selfies are gonna come back to haunt people (think Dr Laura).
