What would you do?

If you saw someone's pics, vids, or cam on xhamster and thought they may be anorexic, would you say something? If so, how would you say something?
What about other illnesses? Funny looking mole? Visible sub dermal lump? Would it be easier to air these concerns?

Thanks for your feedback, and your honesty. I think for many people it can be difficult to get involved with strangers, and being a party pooper on a porn site would add to that. I guess one doesn't want to make people feel needlessly self conscious while they are exposing themselves either?
On another site (non porn) I saw someone complaining that because she was naturally thin, people were always asking if she was anorexic and she was sick of it, but I thought it was better to have people inquire needlessly, than remain silent when there was an issue.
