I know I don't know you, but I just thought I would give you my regards. It's okay to not be okay after something like this hon. Mourn and cry and yell and scream and whatever you have to, because betrayal and heartbreak hurt.

But maybe you can take some solace in the fact that the pain you are in now will heal when you are ready. You will heal from this and be happy again. Until then it looks like there are quite a few people who are behind you on this site, so you are not alone.
