Impossibly complex to decode

Hard to say for sure, but I may have intercepted a message from my wife. Very subtle.

We got up this morning, and as we were making the bed she said, "I had a dream about my strapon and the things I need."

I went to start my day, and when I came out of the shower the heavy wooden paddle was laying on the bed.

What could it mean? It's a mystery wrapped in an enigma.
