Any other cucks been in this situation?

So I thought my wife was just having a casual thing with a younger woman, but it's pretty clear now that this new girl is a bull.
We've never had an actual female bull before (just men, and usually not particularly long term), and I would love to hear from anyone who has about advice/hints going forward.
