Xh is annoying

As I am using a web browser which protects my privacy I have difficulties logging into my xh account...'recaptcha failure'
Sometimes I manage to login.
I wrote to xh support but as I understand from their suggestion I need to change browser? That means say goodbye to my privacy?
No thank you, if I am not posting any new stories that means I can not login and gave up...
