The highest views I have on a video is only 400: I would of probably got 40K views if it were still possible to publish videos on xhamster for a regular user.

Only the video owner can see the number of views of a video. However it will show to everyone how many times a picture has been viewed. There are no up-thumbs or down-thumbs for pictures or videos.
There is 0 to 5 star voting for pictures and videos, but it is not uncommon for people not to star vote at all. Most content has no stars or 5 stars. It is very unusual to see content with 1 to 4 stars. I learned it is possible to vote for your own picture or video several times and bring your star rating to 5 and increase the indication that more people have star voted for your content than what has actually occurred. And it would be rare to see a video to receive more than 20 star votes. Although I haven't spent a lot of time checking that issue. I have seen some pictures with a lot of views, especially if they have been up several years. I saw a amateur picture, supposedly of someone's wife with some sexy reply comments get close to 2K views. (I am suspicious when supposedly real amateur women make very friendly, explicit comments to men)
