Potential Housemate

Whilst renting a house of a friend I was asked by him if another friend of his, a girl, could take a bedroom in the house and house share with me. Of course, I welcomed the idea with the possible scenarios that may arise. She was between living arrangements so just dropped off two suitcases full of her bits and pieces. She said she would come back "at weekend" to sort everything out. That gave me a few clear days to inspect said "Bits & Bobs", needless to say I gave them a thorough scrutinising!
