Healthy skin, tight pussy
I got asked by people how to keep pussy tight and have a healthy skin if you are over 45.
Some women having problems as their vaginas get loose in their 40s.
My advice to keep a vagina tight:
1. Have regular sex at least 3 times a week or if you are super busy at least once a week. Your vagina needs to be penetrated especially in your 40s.
2. Do Kegels.
