24/7 Plugging Session

Found a cool reddit post by a woman who enjoys being plugged. Thought I'd share. Full credit- here is the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/AnalOnlyLifestyle/comments/uov8hu/first_247_plugging_session_complete/

So, I mainly wanted to give an update and provide tips for people who are interested in long-term plugging or 24/7 plugging. To clarify while it’s called 24/7, doesn’t not mean I just put my plug in and left it there for a week (yes, people have asked me this before). Anyway, for those interested in long-term plugging or 24/7 plugging here are some tips and tricks I have learned.

Have a day plug and a night plug. Make sure your night plug is made of a softer material unless you’re muscles are trained to handle a hard/heavy plug all the time.

Make sure you have a good hygiene regimen (especially if you have a vagina). Everytime you go to the bathroom remove your plug to clean it. You do NOT want that bacteria anywhere near your vagina.

Make sure you have a quality dry skin moisturizer that you can use after cleaning and before relubing. Taking care of your anus is very important because lube can dry out the skin and cause anal fissures. Those are never fun.

Pushing your limits is okay, but always listen to your body over anybody else. I know people use plugging for kink play, but if you feel like something is wrong listen to your body over your dom or whomever is telling you to ignore it. The anus is very sensitive and not learning now can take you out for days or weeks.

Set realistic goals. While yes I went from 2 days of plugging to 7 days that wasn’t my initial plan and I do not recommend doing that. I went in very unprepared on what to expect which is why I’m writing this now. If you plan on doing 7 days or more make sure you plan for that.

You’re gonna have to be comfortable with dealing with your ass. The hood and the bad. It’s the risk you run when plugging and you don’t want to irritate your bowels when douching. Having the proper diet and taking supplements to help movements is important. It limits the mess and just creates a cleaner plugging environment.

If anybody wants a more in-depth explanation for learning purposes please feel free to send me a message here or through DM’s if you don’t typically respond in the subreddit. I found this plugging session to be very rewarding and would like to share this world with others who are interested in trying it for themselves.

Similar to the general medical advice from the early '80's.
