WTH is Going On With Everyone's Galleries?

A lot of my friends I've subscribed to, as well as people I'd LIKE to subscribe to are missing most of, if not ALL, their galleries, even some of their own videos and now, along with MY ONE gallery, has YET to be approved and posted, and that damn-near at the beginning of LAST YEAR! Can anyone tell what the deal is, and should I even BOTHER making any more galleries of my own?
