Stuck in moderation

I was hoping this would be a good platform but so far I can't upload photos at all. Others that have ben here a shorter time seem to be able to. I have uploaded 14 videos. Of those 7 are active, 5 are stuck in moderation, one for 21 days. One is in conversion and another apparently has an unknown error. I can't delete them or do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on a platform that works because this one sure doesn't. Thanks for listening to my rant. JB
