I had some problems too before, but since my profile has been approved I've been able to upload pics and vids too

still the same, no uploading for some crazy reason !!

It's due to the american restriction and sadly we can't upload since january.

Nope, same here. I think xHamster is doing something with there upload service or something... Been like that for a while.
