So whats up with uploads being stuck in PENDING

Anyone else experiencing this? Are they no longer allowing you to post unless you commit to being a pay per view kinda thing?

I uploaded a video a few weeks ago. I didn’t realise this. Not good, I thought this was a platform for us to share videos, and if you wanted to pay to view premium videos
