Femme Workout 3
It has been 3 months since I tried a new femininization workout suggested by Lucille Sorella's blog. https://feminizationsecrets.com/feminizing-workouts-transform-body/
But I have still been working out. Had a bit of a hard run during October, but when I would do circuit training during the week, I would do Chloe Ting's Side Booty & Hips workout & when I would do circuit training on the weekends, I would do Chloe Ting's workout as well as Holly Dolke's Hourglass Workout.
In November, I finally broke my lazy streak by joining a 21 Day Accountability Exercise Challenge sponsored by my hometown gym. They even opened it up to the public so you didn't have to be a gym member. I am really thankful for that because with the COVID, I really don't want to take unnecessary chances since I live with an at risk person.
I made it through the 21 day challenge, & while I had some rest days over the Thanksgiving Holiday, I still got in a few workouts & got back to regular exercising after the weekend. This being a new month, I figured I would switch up the circuit routine. I have made the Hourglass workout the primary feminine workout (I am still doing my personal circuit first) & on this weekend I am going to try Corset Workout for a Slim Waist by POP Pilates). Lets see how that goes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yENYdGnxmhg
That was a short workout, but a tough one. When I first watched it, I wasn't feeling it. Very similar to Holly's workout in the areas it targets. Still, it was a hell of a workout. I definitely worked up a sweat & I quit just a hair too early when we were doing the cobra hip dips. If I had held on for 10 more seconds, I would have made it to the end. I am going to keep it up until the end of December, but I think once I have tried all 5 workouts that Lucille has recommended, I'll switch things up so that I have different workouts paired up. As much as I need to work on those side obliques, I want a little variety in my circuits.
If you are looking for feminine workouts, or just want something different in your workout regimine, I hope you will give it a try. Until next time!
Hugs & kisses, Jenna
